so much to do
There is a lot in the calendar so make sure and you use the My Macaroni Button (on the left of the page towards the top) to separate out what will be fun to do, or will occupy everyone. I love the libraries, this week both Denver and Anythink have some really fun stuff for everyone from babies to teens! and yes some stuff for moms and dads so check out the calendar. I also recommend checking out Leslie's article (the Macaroni Mom from Thornton, Northglenn, and Brighton) on Local Outdoor Ice Skating Venues!!
Just because I am on vacation does not mean there isn't a lot to do in this newsletter. Entenmann's has a new program for schools to check out called the Little Bites Pouch Brigade and you can help teach your kids how to pay it forward with Blessing Bags for the Homeless. Here are two ways to keep idle hands busy indoors try Indoor Snow and Balloon Badmitton. Then there are some ideas for cooking up some treats: try Yogurt Drops, Peppermint Oreo Bark, and from our very own Highlands Ranch Macaroni Mom we have Snickerdoodle Blondies.
NEW ARTICLES and FEATURES:
*One of the new features this week is neighborhood specific articles. There are only a few right now but I am working to increase this handy feature and love input!
*I am also including a Resources for Homeschoolers that has all the area (Denver Metro) programs and resources for homeschoolers.
*we now have the information for the two libraries in our area-the Commerce City Anythink and the Denver Public Sam Gary. As always the articles are always being updated so keep checking back
