Anderson Farms is the home of Colorado's Longest-Running Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch! Located off of Hwy 52 in Erie, this family farm continues its tradition of MEGA family fun! The farm has something for kids of all ages.
Make your way through the 30-Acre Corn Maze, consisting of three separate sections. Anderson Farms creates a different design every year, and they provide you with a postcard-sized picture of the maze from the air to help you navigate your way through it.
Take a hayride to the Pumpkin Patch and Animal Acres so you can pick out your own pumpkin (pumpkins are priced by size) and hand-feed the friendly cows and buffalo. More animal pens holding rabbits, alpacas, mules, chickens, ducks, geese, or goats are located around the farm. You can purchase a handful of goat feed for a quarter.
Younger kids will love Kiddie Korral, with a tire mountain, a giant spider web, a wooden train, and more. On the other side of the farm, you'll find the Barrel Train and Pedal Karts with two different sizes of karts and tracks separated into age groups.
Anderson Farms has added a Combine Slide for kids AND adults with SIX slides attached to maximize the fun. They've also got two giant Jump Pads with over 4,000 feet of jumping fun. Both the new attractions are included in admission!
Additional activities (not included in admission) may include the gourd launch, face painting, gem mining, campfire s’mores, private campfire sites, and pony rides. Many of these are provided by outside vendors and are only available on the weekend.
Zombie Paintball is a family-friendly zombie adventure through a variety of settings with zombies — some static, some animatronic, and some live. It is recommended for ages 7 and up, although we've seen tikes who looked to be about 5 years old (and loved every minute of it). Your family will have a blast (literally and figuratively!)
Terror in the Corn is a four-part, 35-minute Haunted Hayride & Ghost Town experience.
Know Before You Go:
- Visit the gift shop for gourds, Indian corn, preserves, and other food items, as well as knickknacks for the home and Halloween decorations.
- Wear closed-toe shoes and bring sunscreen if you're visiting in the daytime.
- Bathrooms with changing tables in both the men's and women's are located in the gift shop building. Port-a-potties are located at the entrance and just outside the Kiddie Korral.
- If you arrive early and plan to stay awhile, you may be able to borrow one of their wagons to pull your child around the farm, but bring your own if you can, as they get claimed pretty quickly.
