Description
Traditionally Winter Solstice has been recognized as a time of rebirth and a time to set intentions. Come mark the shortest day of the year and the return of the sun at Bluff Lake Nature Center. We’ll hold a small celebration at the top of the Bluff and then proceed down to the walking path for a Solstice-themed Mindfulness Walk led by Joann Calabrese, author of Growing Mindful, Explorations in the Garden to Deepen Your Awareness.

Sunday, December 22nd, at 9 AM – 10AM (For those who cannot make it on Saturday)
This event will be held entirely outdoors, so prepare for cold temperatures by wearing layers and warm footwear. We will cancel the event if inclement weather is forecast.
